1/35 US M1 Panther II Mine Roller

The M1 Panther II is a unique vehicle converted from the US M1 Abrams MBT. This is a remote-controlled combat vehicle for mine clearing operations, which incorporates the latest unmanned tele-operation system. Mine clearing is a dangerous job even with armored vehicles. When a powerful tank mine explodes, considerable damage is done to the vehicle and its crew. Some Panther II with the mine-roller have been deployed in Bosnia to prove the real worth of this adaptation. Trumpeter has not missed the chance to reproduce this odd member of the Abrams family. The kit is convertible and can be built up with either the mine plow or mine roller parts. The complicated units of both mine-clearing devices are represented perfectly. Two types of tracks, rubber belt and partially-linked injection plastic are contained. No figure included.
