1/35 Challenger 2 KFOR at Kosovo

The Challenge MBT has been the mainstay of the British Armor since the late 1980s. The Challenger 2 is the latest model, with enhanced electronics devices and strengthened armor. Before the War in Iraq, 2003, it was deployed at Kosovo in a peacekeeping role. Trumpeter brings us the special version with a dozer blade attachment. This device enabled the tank troops to do some considerable earth work on their own (the dozer blade is an optional attachment). Full set of additional front and side armor (often seen on Hot Spots) and the small side skirts (often seen on UK) to complete the normal C2 are included, too. Not only have they included additional parts, Trumpeter has not forgotten to rectify some minor molding errors in the original kit (TRP00308) parts. Tracks are the rubber band type.
