A wonderful resource for newbies and long-time Gundam fans alike, this 'roman album' is chock full of information and imagery. It contains a summary of the Gundam story for Movie 1, character information, mobile suits information and technical specs, some beautiful reproductions of artwork by Yoshikazu Yasuhiko, Okawara Kunio, and Nakamura Mitsuki, and one priceless shot of Amuro Rei in his underwear. In the back of the book are the usual staff and voice actor interviews, as well as some sheet music and a list of Gundam merchandise (not complete, of course). All is printed on a nice matte paper (keeping the cost down for you) and bound with a glossy soft cover.
