Time to break out the Pink Floyd! Tomy's "Hoshizora Koubou" (literally "star sky studio") do-it-yourself planetarium gives you everything you need to recreate the beauty and wonder of the stars, constellations, and other celestial phenomena, right in your own home! Produced under the direction of Tokyo University Professor of Physical Sciences Dr. Junichi Watanabe, this set by Takara Tomy includes the angle-adjustable base with light source, four different night sky templates, double-sided tape, a "star-puncher" tool to punch out the stars on the templates, and an instruction booklet in Japanese. Actually, everything in this set is in Japanese, but that shouldn't stop you from easily recreating the night sky, as descriptive illustrations clearly indicate what needs to be done. A great introduction to astronomy for the beginner!
