1/24 Ferrari FXX Black Version

Developed from the incredible Enzo and unveiled in 2005, Ferrari's ultra-exclusive 800-horsepower FXX supercar had only 31 examples made (one was given to retired F1 superstar Michael Shumacher). Besides its phenomenal performance, another amazing feature of this car is that owners can only drive it on Ferrari-approved tracks, after which they must report on its performance as part of a special owner-based testing and development program.

Tamiya's kit includes features unique to the FXX, such as headlights enclosed in the fenders and a partitioned rear wing, all accurately reproduced. Race-spec interior with roll cage and bucket seats can be displayed by opening the gull wing doors. Nickel-plated muffler tips and air intake mesh parts are included for added detail. Rear deck lifts to reveal the 800hp engine within.

This is the same kit as TAM24292, with the only difference being that this release is molded in black. Both are very, very cool!
