Very large and highly detailed BB Yamato from Tamiya. It has the overall length of 750mm and width of 110mm. This model depicted her last figure seen at the voyage for Okinawa equipped with extra AA guns. With the latest info available (developed in 1979), it cleared up many points not known or doubted for many years with the past model kits; shape of the stern & bow, bridge basement and aircraft hanger etc., Of course, every parts are finished with so-called "Tamiya Standard" and highly detailed. Even the boat davits and many single 20mm AA guns are represented in the individual parts. Kit can be built as the display model or motorized model(four screws!). RE-280 motor(MABRE-280) and four UM-1 dry batteries are required. Display stand is included.
