Heat Shrinking Pla Plate Glow in the Dark (1pcs)

Remember Shrinky Dinks? This is the stuff they were made from! Draw a pattern and color it, cut it out, and cook it -- it shrinks down and thickens and you can use it for a keychain, a pendant, whatever you like! This is the glow-in-the-dark type which will glow after exposure to a lamp or other light source. Included is one sheet of the plastic and a keyring chain that you can use.
