The winner of the contract of the century! The Lockheed X-35 will be the standard fighter for all the military air wings in the US and Great Britain well into the 21st century. Nicely done kit depicts the machine as it appears during testing. Can be built with the louvers in open (hover) position with the engine exhaust in either standard or hover position. Detail is minimal, but the prototype doesn't have a lot of surface detail either.
