Tamiya's older R/C King Tiger kit is born again with state of the art technology!

All of Tamiya's large-scale R/C tanks now include their new "DMD control unit" that allows you to operate the tank with an R/C system designed for car models but still reproduce realistic tank motions, such as turning in place. In addition, these revised kits also include a newly designed gear box and pre-assembled track links.

As for the parts, get ready for a multi-media festival! The inner hull is aluminum. Drive sprockets and idler wheels, as well as all suspension arms, are die-cast metal. Numerous other metal parts keep it all together. The upper hull, turret, barrel, road wheels and all detail parts (including three figures) are standard injection plastic.
