M113 APC is the best seller Armored Personnel Carrier among the US allies in late 20 century. One of the complaints about this APC was that it lacked the appropriate fire power. Australia converted its diesel-powered M113A1 with the turret from Saladin armored car and built up the fire support vehicle. This vehicle was deployed in Viet Nam Warin early 1970's but did not engaged in the battle. This is the re-release of this interesting vehicle first produced in 1979. Moldiings are of the Tamiya standard of that time and still fine. Relatively few parts, easy to assemble. One crew figure (half-bodied) is included.
