This item is an injection-plastic racing car model kit. It requires both cement and painting to complete or use. 17.4cm long when completed.
Tamiya's Ford Focus is a beautiful study that accurately portrays the car as it appeared in Monte Carlo in 1999. The sharpness and quality of the tooling is typical Tamiya all-around. Overall, it has fewer parts than the Hasegawa version, partially because it's not a safari rally machine, and partially because of engineering reasons (Hasegawa also includes fabric and photo-etched parts for seatbelts -- Tamiya offers decals only). Studio 27 will release a photo-etched detail parts for this kit. All other details are standard for modern auto kits.
