1/35 WWII British Armoured Car (Pattern 1920 Mk.I)
Code: ROD66754![]() |
Well, here's one way to customize a Rolls-Royce Silver Ghost! Developed in 1914 and representing one of the earliest attempts at building an effective armored vehicle, the Pattern 1920 Mk. I was used in WWI and early WWII.
Molded in green styrene plastic with black rubber tires, Roden's kit features engine detail (although the hood cannot be posed open without some cutting), decals for two vehicles (SV 4996 Royal Tank Corps, Derbyshire 1939, and Ajax No 1 Squadron Egypt/Iraq 1940-43), and clear plastic film for headlight lenses (outlined in black - you have to cut 'em out). No figures (or bulldogs) are included. A good kit of an interesting subject!
