It's the 40th annivesary of "Weekly Jump" magazine, and to celebrate, Chopperman indulges in a little "Dragon Ball" cosplay! All decked out in Goku's iconic orange outfit with a blue cloak, Chopperman stands a big 30cm tall to the top of his orange hat, and his outfit can be removed.
