The Shikinami was a Fubuki-class destroyer of the Imperial Japanese Navy, sunk by the US submarine USS Growler on September 12, 1944.
Pit-Road's Shikinami depicts the vessel as it appeared in 1944, and can be built as either a waterline or full-hull model. A stand is included to display the full-hull version. Markings are included for the Shikinami and sister ship Asagiri. This special version of Pit-Road's excellent kit includes a nice fret of photo-etched metal detail parts.
