1/35 IJA Type 95 Kurogane Small Personnel Carrier w/Machine Gun

Regarded as the world's first 4WD vehicle, the Japanese Type 95 Light Vehicle, nicknamed "Kurogane," was originally conceived in 1935 and put into production in 1937. About 4,800 units had been completed by the end of production in 1944. The Kurogane was used by both the Japanese Army and Navy throughout Asia and the Pacific in a variety of roles.

Pit-Road's Kurogane kit is sharply molded in light tan plastic. Full engine detail is included, along with a highly detailed suspension and interior. Can be built top up or top down. No markings are included. This release of the kit Includes a seated driver figure and a seated soldier figure with a dash-mounted machine gun.
