Okay, so it's a cartoon and it comes on Fuji TV; that's about all I can tell you about Ugo Ugo Luga. All I can tell you about Schuhl-kun is that he's a character in it, apparently, and he's named after an obscure writer. Or maybe an obscure artist, as it seems he is one. Either way, he's Picasso-ishly cute, made of PVC, and stands about 20 cm tall.
