This item is a completed and painted, fixed-pose figure. It does not require either cement or paint to complete or use.
The younger of the Natsume sisters, from the hit manga and anime series "Tenjo Tenge", in her school uniform and holding her katana. A custom base is included. The original was sculpted by BOME.
