Kojinsha, known for their numerous series of books on illustrations and photos of Japanese military hardware, have scored a unique hit here -- an extremely accurate 1/48 paper-craft kit of a Zero Model 21. From a distance, it doesn't even look like paper-craft item! Kit allows you to build one of two markings -- Saburo Sakai (the plane he was nearly killed in when he was shot up), and a plane from Akagi that took part in the Pearl Harbor attack. A modelling knife, cutting board/mat, scissors and white and instant glue are all you'll need to complete this. Open it carefully! The box it comes in actually converts to a display case! A fine deal for 2000 yen.
