Ready for a change of pace in your air modelling? 2003 marks the 100th anniversary of the Wright Brothers historic first flight, so Hasegawa has dusted off their old "museum model" (an extremely large-scale, multimedia, super-detailed) kit of the 1903 Wright Flyer for the first time in 16 years! This kit, when built, measures 40cm long and a whopping 76cm wide (30 inches)! Over 300 parts, made of wood, brass, white metal, paper, plastic and more. Comes with display stand. Keep in mind that while we're still about a year early, around December 17, 2003 (the actual anniversary), the TV airwaves are bound to be flooded with documentaries about flight and the Wright Brothers, but whether we'll have stock at that time remains to be seen.
