This is an injection-plastic military vehicle model kit.
The BMW 327 was released as a "super sports car" in 1937, with elegant lines, a superbly finished interior, and excellent performance. These attributes made it a very desirable vehicle for military use by the Germans in WWII.
Hasegawa has released their excellent little BMW 327 as a separate kit; originally it was only an accessory added to their Focke-Wulf Fw 190A-5 kit. This release ditches the Focke-Wulf and Luftwaffe figure, and adds a much more civil lady and a very well-sculpted dog. The car is also highly detailed (no engine, however), and includes decals for the striping and even the grills. Convertible top options are provided for top up, top down but not stowed, and top down and stowed in its cover. The left door can be positioned either opened or closed (but it's not movable).
