Hasegawa's stunning 1/48 Hurricane has a lot of good to say about it.
For starters, the fuselage fabric effect is about as good as you can hope for in a model. The cockpit is brilliant (see photo below) and should please all but the most demanding detail lovers. Surface detail and panel lines are elegant and crisply molded anywhere you look. The kit's most important drawback is that the canopy is a one-piece affair, which means you'll need to get out your razor saw if you want to show off that nice cockpit. Markings are included for two different planes, including the "Last of the Many," the final Hurricane to roll off the assembly lines. Shigeo Koike box art.
