Since 1995, Hasegawa has been completely retooling their line-up of Zeros. They started with the Model 22 and 32, and now move on to the two earlier versions, the Model 11 and 21. These kits share landing gear and some other small parts with last year's kits, but the wings and fuselage parts are completely new. The Model 11 was the debut version of the plane that was used from land bases in China. It had no carrier gear. The Model 21 adds the tailhook and other parts to allow ship-based operation.
