At last, a new-tool kit of one of the most important aircraft used by the JASDF and US Navy. Without the Hawkeye, no one else would know where they were going or what they were heading into. Hasegawa has done the type justice, with recessed panel lines and raised surface detail where appropriate. The cockpit, landing gear and gear bays are well detailed, as is the landing light assembly in the nose. Flaps can be positioned up or down. Markings are given for four aircraft, and the antenna fit varies between some of them, so keep an eye on the instructions when building! Markings are for "456" and "452" of 601 Sq. AEW Group, and "462" and "454," both in AEW Group 20th Anniversary markings. US Navy version to follow!
