This item is a completed and painted, fixed-pose figure. It does not require either cement or paint to complete or use.

Very sweet prepainted and completed PVC figure of Ono Kanako in the middle of pulling on her uniform. Her blouse is open to reveal not just pretty cleavage but her pretty bra as well; and her skirt is optional (she's got panties and pantyhose on underneath it). The figure measures about 18 cm tall.
