Mr. Mark Setter setting solution is used on decals to help them stick better to the surface of your model. Be sure to test on unneeded decals, as some decals may react badly to an application of Mr. Mark Setter! Can be used in conjunction with Mr. Mark Softer (linked below) for spectacular results!
