Product Overview:

This item is paint in a bottle for use in finishing models. Cement is not required, but painting is necessary.

Mr. Mark Softer setting solution is used on decals to help them conform to surface details. Basically, this solution "melts" the decals (but not in a bad way!), allowing them to snuggle into every nook and cranny on your model's surface, essentially acting like paint! Be sure to test on unneeded decals, as some decals my react badly to an application of Mr. Mark Softer!
