This item is paint in a bottle for use in finishing models. Cement is not required, but painting is necessary.

Set of Mr Hobby Aqueous Color (water-based paints) for use with German tank kits (representing those tanks after the middle of WWII). Included colors are H403 (dark yellow), H405 (olive green) and H406 (chocolate brown). All three paints have a gloss finish.
