Primarily a pictorial publication, Ground Power has very little in the way of anything that could be described as an article. Each issue generally focuses on two to four different themes and is 144 pages of mostly b&w photos, one or two to a page, with Japanese captions. These features can run for several issues, hence the "(2)" or other numbers following some story topics. If you know what you are looking at, these are extremely valuable reference books. If you don't, the lack of English captions could make things a bit difficult.
Issue #19 features a main story on the Italian paratroop units. Shorter features include French armored vehicles of WWII, part 11 of a series on IJA artillery, and more. There are also some short bits on other topics and current events.
