Rettsu Gou...Let's Go...get it? OK! What we have here is an excellent example of the Japanese art of the "Deko-Tora," a shortened version of the English words "decorated truck." And boy howdy, are they ever decorated! Lights, ukiyo-e type paintings, lights, brash kanji, lights, chrome, add-on parts, and lights. And then there are the lights! Well, on the real truck, that is...there are no functioning lights in this kit. This model of the Rettsu Gou III (see the 1999 version too, linked below!) features chrome-plated parts for the cab, truck bed, and a myriad of other parts, with the interior and chassis molded in gray. Clear parts for the windows and lights are provided, and the tires are black rubber. No engine is provided. Experience Deko-Tora mania with this great kit from Fujimi!
