This is a strap, keyholder, or charm.
Talk about multi-function! Let's start with the neck strap itself: it's woven tightly for security, and can hold up to 3 kilograms (that's a little over 6lbs, for those of you using imperial measurements!). Hanging from the neck strap is a beautiful metal plate with Edward's alchemist symbol on it. Attached to the plate is a sturdy keyring (not the kind that comes apart as soon as you put keys on it, either!). Attached to the keyring are a cell phone strap and a plastic pass case. So, to sum up: you can show off your fandom and be practical at the same time, by carrying your keys, your cell phone, and your bus pass (or whatever) around your neck!
