This is a full diorama set, including a clear vacu-formed beach/surf base, LCM(3) landing craft, M4A1 Sherman tank with deep wading kit, three "hedgehog" obstacles, three realistically posed LCM crew figures, and six soldier figures with weapons. The deep wading kit for the Sherman is all new, and is finely represented by photo-etched metal parts. The Sherman's upper hull is also specific to the deep wading kit version. Tracks are one-piece Dragon Styrene flexible belts. The LCM features fine detail and a workable front ramp. Markings are included for two versions of the LCM (Normandy 1944 and Iwo Jima 1945), although none are provided for the Sherman. Dragon has also produced a fully assembled, prepainted display model version, linked below.
