A re-release of Dragon's (well, Cyber-Hobby...same thing!) Firefly IC Hybrid Hull Sherman, a kit that's been in and out of production a few times over the last decade or so. The term "hybrid hull" refers to the fact that the front section of the ballistically superior cast hull was mated to the rear section of the easier to produce welded hull, resulting in ostensibly the best of both worlds. The British then added their potent 17-pounder high-velocity gun and voila, Firefly IC Hybrid! From the time of the Normandy landing, this type grew in numbers in the British ranks.

Not a straight re-release of their older kit, this "Super Value Pack" release includes the suspension parts from Dragon's more recent Sherman releases plus decals for two versions. The "Super Value Pack" part of the kit includes Master Box's fantastic "British Paratroopers WWII" figure set (four figures), "Dragon Styrene" T-48 style rubber chevron type one-piece belt tracks, and an extra AA machine gun to mount on the turret roof.
