The prototype jet-powered flying wing heavy bomber, first flown in 1947! Technology at the time wasn't able to keep the aircraft stable, but given time and advances, we now have the amazing B-2 flying wing bomber, a direct descendant of the YB-49. 

This fine kit from Dragon/Cyber-Hobby is a welcome addition to their 1/200 Modern Air Power Series. Features great detail throughout, including cockpit detail. Landing gear can be built down or up. Decals are by Cartograf.
