This is a posable action figure of a character from science-fiction/anime.

CM's Corporation must have heard my great version of the "Vifam" opening theme (other people have too, but usually they just back away slowly), and has been delivering a nifty series of highly articulated action figures from the mid-'80s anime classic. Now their Round Vernians Vifam and Torunfam are joined in the line by Neofam! Batsu's kick-butt 'bot comes with a sling pannier, tank twin mover, beam gun, shield, Puppet Fighter, and a tiny cockpit pod that can be docked into Neofam's body. A custom display base and stand are also included to help display Neofam and the Puppet Fighter in more dynamic poses. Stands 15cm tall. Watch for the Dillfam, coming up next!
