This item is a soft-vinyl (PVC) figure kit with pre-painted parts. It does not require either cement or paint to complete or use.
It's butt-kickin' Bulma, ready for motocross action in her rough-riding gear, and she's packing heat too! She's made of prepainted vinyl parts that assemble easily and stands securely on the enclosed base. A great way to get a well-sculpted figure of a popular character at an affordable price!
