This is a collection of images recreating the patterns used in kimonos in the 1920's, as ideas and colour combinations from abroad were slowly incorporated into Japanese fashion. There are no photos of kimonos, though there are some reproductions of paintings illustrating women in kimono. A hybrid CD-ROM with JPEG files of all the patterns (the file name for each pattern is listed beside the pattern) is included.
