Description
This is a completed toy designed for children.
This green Scouter from "Dragon Ball" will light up when you press the switch on the side, and you'll hear authentic dialogue (more than 35 different examples!) and sound effects from the show! It can be switched between Freeza and Vegeta mode. Requires 3 LR-44 button-cell batteries (included, but a fresh set might not be a bad idea). It's also adjustable so it can be worn by both youngsters and adults!
