Cecily is back, this time in a gorgeous black outfit! She's looking slightly dangerous with her long white hair and blue eyes, with her clothing featuring a short skirt, blouse with puffed shoulders, a corset, high stockings with garters and high black boots. Her swords are also included. She's built on an Azone 50cm Whitey body (with a soft bustline), and she's ready to take charge today!
