Gyoshin

Look out, fish--Gyoshin Ayukawa is here! This fishing master hails from the "Tsurikichi Sanpei" manga, one of so many greats that have been serialized in Weekly Shonen Magazine--and Aoshima is helping celebrate that publication's 50th anniversary with this non-scale injection plastic kit of Gyoshin! With his everpresent sunglasses firmly in place, Gyoshin is depicted reeling in a big one, and that kit is even accompanied by the makings for a 85cm-long model rod with working reel! The parts are cast in black and white, and paint and glue will be required for completion. Fishing line, some metal parts and wire for the reel gears, and water-slide decals are provided, along with a nice big fish. Instructions are in Japanese but are well-illustrated.
