Tsurikichi Sanpei

Hey, it's that crazy fishin' kid, Sanpei Mihira--known far and wide as Tsurikichi Sanpei! Aoshima celebrates the 50th anniversary of Weekly Shonen Magazine, birthplace of the "Tsurikichi Sanpei" manga, with this engaging non-scale injection plastic kit of Sanpei landing a big one, and the makings for a 85cm-long model rod with working reel! The kit parts are cast in black and white, and paint and glue will be required for completion. Fishing line, some metal parts and wire for the reel gears, and water-slide decals are provided. Instructions are in Japanese but are well-illustrated. A terrific tribute to the world-famous fishin' kid!
