A new tooling of the IJN's 13,400-ton cruiser from the Second World War. The kit portrays the Atago as configured when she and Takao traded shells with USS South Dakota in the Solomons in 1942. New parts are included to build a full-hull version (a waterline version is not possible). A stand is included.
