This item is a set of plastic or metal wheels and rubber-like tires for detailing car models. It does not require either cement or paint to complete or use.
This set contains just about everything you need to turn a model of a normal car into a self-employed taxi. Includes clear parts and decals to make the lights and signs that go on the roof, clear parts for the interior partition window, a radio and meter for the dashboard, and decals for taxi-like markings and license plates. The set even includes a lacy piece of fabric to make seat covers as seen in most Japanese taxis! (However, be aware that this set does not include any actual lighting equipment.)
