Aoshima continues their "Battle Rotor" series with this nice little Apache. Panel lines are recessed, and while this kit seems to be missing an occasional bump or antenna here and there, the detail overall is quite nice. The cockpit has detailed instrument panels and seats with belts molded in, the main rotor hub is quite detailed and realistic-looking, and the engines and landing gear really look the part. The kit is let down a bit by the decals (printed in silver for some reason) and the fact that only one pylon is included for each stub wing, but overall this is a good kit at a good price.
