This item is a completed and painted, fixed-pose figure. It does not require either cement or paint to complete or use.

Amie Grand brings us another figure in their "Ikki Tousen" festival-themed collection--Shokatsuryou Koumei! She looks more than a little embarrassed in her abbreviated sailor top and fundoshi; clutching her feather fan behind her, she clearly wishes she were somewhere else! Simply pop her fan into her hand and slip the peg in her left foot into the hole in the included base, and she's ready for display. This green-haired darling is approximately 18.5cm tall.
