This is a set of turned brass rounds with photo-etched metal strike plates to create five types of British 17 pounder gun ammunition. The set builds into four rounds each of the following five types: Armor Piercing Discarding Sabot, Solid Armor Piercing Shot, Armor Piercing Capped, HE/T Mk I, High Explosive with Tracer, and empty cartridges. The PE strike plates feature the appropriate stamping for each type of round.
