1/35 US M-10 Tank Destroyer

The US M10 Tank destroyer is essentially a self-propelled anti-tank gun though it looks very similar to a tank with a rotating turret. Its 76mm gun is powerful, but its open-top turret and thin armor made it very vulnerable. AFV Club has depicted the early model of the M10 Gun Motor Carriage (its official name) with a triangular counterweight. This kit is full of gimmicks! The lathed aluminum barrel can be recoiled with a built-in coil spring, both driver and co-driver hatches are workable, and bogy arms are functional with the help of a rubber damper. Of course, this is an authentic scale kit, and the interior of the turret and the driving compartment are thoroughly detailed. Tracks are rubber band type. Included are six sets of decals including markings for Free French Army troops. No figures are included, unfortunately, but plenty of after-market sets are available!
