1/35 Chieftain Mk-5 Conversion (for Tamiya)

This very comprehensive 1/35-scale resin conversion set transforms ("accurizes" might be a better word) the Tamiya Chieftain kit into a Chieftain Mk-5. This conversion set includes new upper hull, hull rear, turret, gun and all hatches, stowage boxes and fittings. Two photo-etched brass detail sets are provided, one with mesh deck screens, mudflaps, handles and scale bin padlocks. The second contains a complete scale thickness skirt plate system. Brass towing ropes are also included, as is a Berlin Field Squadron painting guide. The basic vehicle kit is not included.
