Assembly Guide:Skill LevelCement (Y/N)Paint (Y/N)
Product Overview:This item is an injection-plastic aircraft model kit. It requires both cement and painting to complete or use.

Academy has revamped their Ju87G-1 kit to feature the extended wingtips of the G-2 version. While other companies have released late-model Stuka kits before, and even G-2 kits, the Academy kits are the most highly-detailed of the 1/72 Stuka models currently available. Fine recessed panel lines, a highly detailed cockpit, accurate ADF antenna in the spine behind the cockpit, beautifully molded gun pods and mounts and both single-piece and multiple-piece canopies, so you can open the 'pit up to show off that detail. However, the instructions tell you to glue the 7.92 MG covers to the wings (parts D11 and D12), don't do this as the G-2 was derived from the D-5, which had the MG151 wing armament and no bulges around the barrels (the MG151s were removed from the G-2s during conversion, though). Decals are for Maj. Hans-Ulrich Rudel's aircraft when he was Kommodore of SG2, "<-+-".
