Academy's F/A-18C has been rightfully declared a masterpiece. Unquestionably the kit for Hornet fans. The level of detail is simply amazing, with enough options to make your head spin. Four whole large sprues dedicated to weapons including JDAMs and LGBs, complete intake ducting, two deck crewmen, standing and seated pilot figures (with optional Night Vision Goggles!), an option for folded wings, super-detailed cockpit out of the box -- what more could we ask for? Oh! The markings! Markings are included for VFA-195 "Dambusters" CAG bird NF 400 "Chippy Ho!" in two variations: the 1995 version, and the 1996 version. One of the classic schemes applied to the Hornet is now coupled with what is easily the best kit available of this airplane.
