UPDATING PERSONAL INFORMATION

1. I want to change or correct my shipping address.

That's easy! Just log in to My Account and select the link for updating your shipping address.

Please note that HobbyLink Japan only manages one shipping address at a time per customer, so if you need a particular shipment sent to a different address than your usual one, you'll need to change your address to the one-time location, and then change it back after the order has been shipped. Also please note that all of your outstanding orders will be affected if you input a shipping address change, except those that are shown as "shipping soon" or "recently shipped" in My Account.

2. I want to change my e-mail address.

That's easy! Just log in to My Account and select the link for updating your e-mail address.

Please note that HobbyLink Japan only manages one e-mail address at a time per customer. Many of our customers have several different e-mail addresses. To avoid confusion and aid in customer identification, we recommend that you use a single e-mail address with us for as long as you can, and also use the same e-mail address whenever you need to contact us about something.

3. I want to submit, change, or add new credit card information.

That's easy! Just log in to My Account and select the link for updating your credit card information.
